The room was basically clean and fine for sleeping, and it's very close to downtown. The shower curtain had mold on it, the electrical setup felt antiquated, and a bathroom shelf would've been useful. I was pretty skeptical.

For what I paid, the room works well, and the location is hard to beat. I haven't run into the problems other reviewers mentioned. The carpet is a little dingy, so I brought flip flops. Maybe I'm just easy to please.

I stayed in the little house set back off to the side. The rooms were really small, and one door had a hinge coming loose. It would be an easy screw fix, but I was on vacation. I guess it wasn't too bad overall.

The price was excellent for this location, and the beds were comfortable with clean sheets. The pine walls and ceiling looked beautiful, so at first things seemed promising. But it needs a professional deep clean, the carpet should go, and it needs better lighting and chairs for the dinette. All bookings go through third parties like vrbo, Expedia, and booking.com. I couldn't open a message in my vrbo account, and luckily a housekeeper was around to help. The message was supposed to include the door and wifi codes.
