The staff were friendly and professional, and the place was clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and well managed. Our room had clean linens, a comfortable mattress, a working AC, and a good-sized flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. The bathroom was clean and adequately equipped, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight, freshly prepared, hot, tasty, and with a good variety. The coffee was great too. The pool wasn't working, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so otherwise everything was fine. The issue was that I'd already paid extra for a king room, but because I had my dog with me, they said I couldn't have it and had to take a room with two beds instead. I also paid the $15 pet fee.

After a 12-hour drive, we just wanted to relax, so we didn't report the problems. The room was clean and the desk associate was pleasant, but the heater didn't work and blew cold air all night with it 32° outside. We tried calling the office, though the phone didn't work. Breakfast had a good selection, but the juice machine was out of order.

We checked out just two hours after arriving and drove the 4 an half hours home. My husband has asthma and polyps in his nasal cavity, and after being in the room he couldn't breathe because of all the mold. It was on the walls under paint and growing through it, all over the bathroom, and inside the AC. There were German roaches in the bathroom and around the sink too. I did pest control for 16 years, so I know. My husband, our toddler, and I only needed a room for one night, and I booked this by mistake. I meant to choose the one 6 mins south, which is super nice. We couldn't get hold of a manger. Each time we called, they said she was gone for the day and to call in the morning, and when we called in the morning, we got the same story. They refused to refund us. Please go to the one 6mins south on 75 instead. This place isn't worth the $60.
