We arrived at midnight, just as we’d told them on the phone, but no one answered the office door or the phone. They had already taken our reservation money, and 24 hours later, after we couldn’t use the room because nobody responded, I still had no refund. The hotel eventually got back to me and refused to return the money despite failing to provide service. Be careful booking here.

I needed somewhere safe and clean for a two-week stay after my dad died suddenly, while I made arrangements. The room was spacious, clean, and very affordable. Whenever I had a question or needed something, the staff helped quickly and with a smile. I really needed that support with everything going on. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.

We were passing through on the way to Wyoming and Montana without a reservation, so we stopped to ask about rooms and got a king room. It was clean, roomy, and had a comfortable bed. Both check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the staff were friendly.

The front desk guy was really nice, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I needed a pet-friendly, nonsmoking room for my cat, and since none were available, I took the one pet-friendly smoking room for the week. It cost $529 and some change. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold and wasn’t clean. I had to scrub the shower, sink, and toilet, which was leaking. The showerhead needed to be screwed back on to stop a leak, and I had to borrow a vacuum to clean the floor. The worst part was the German cockroaches everywhere. In our first two hours, my father-in-law killed three and my cat killed two. There were so many that my cat spent the whole week hunting them. I was also getting bitten all week, though I can’t tell whether it was bed bugs or something else. There’s a no-refund sign in the office, and I would have asked for my money back if that had been possible.
