The Front Desk ladies were wonderful, especially Jama, but the rest of management were rude. Customer service from management is a joke. They don’t seem to care how badly they mess things up, and won’t fix it or even offer a discount. It took 7hrs and 3 different rooms before we finally got one that worked. They didn’t even apologize.

My daughter, grandson, and I stayed for three days. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The kids loved the pool. It was definitely worth staying here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The women working here ripped off my boyfriend and me, along with a few other guests. One woman had $500 taken from her account. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The receptionist was nice enough and found us another room after the one I’d booked on the 1st floor turned out to be on the 2nd. But I couldn’t even enter the first room because the smoke smell was so strong, and smoke makes me really ill. She sent a cleaner to check the next room for the smell. When we got in, it seemed like they’d sprayed 2 gallons of febreez. The smoke was masked at first, then we could smell it again after going out and coming back once the febreez had worn off. The pool was supposed to be heated, but my oldest was back out in less than 5 minutes. The room was very cool, and the water wasn’t even body temperature. I was very disappointed overall.
