Sheraton Madison Hotel

The bed was so comfortable that I asked about the mattress because I want to buy one for home. Our room was clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel could use some upgrades, though. The pool was closed with no explanation, and construction on the parking lot left very limited spaces, so we had a long walk to and from the car. I’d give it another try for the clean room and great bed.

A travel nightmare left me diverted and stuck in Madison, but I’m glad I ended up at this hotel. The staff’s customer service and responsiveness were beyond what I expected, even before I booked. They helped me feel at home and get the rest I needed before heading back home. Special thanks to Shane at the front desk, Mary the shuttle driver plus more, and William in the Mclub. The rest of the team was great too, but those three really deserve recognition. I hope the manager knows how much they improved my trip. Thank you!

The hotel and event spaces have been upgraded beautifully. There’s a pool and a nice coffee shop inside, plus a roomy, pleasant lobby and friendly front desk staff. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. It’s nice to have a Marriott of this size so close to downtown. Quality and value have been consistent.

There’s still work to do here. My morning shower had no hot water, and only the lower floors have been remodeled; anything above the second floor isn’t finished. The room was quiet, the location is good, and service was friendly. I can’t comment on the food or bar.
