The staff’s greetings felt truly sincere, not just polite words, and that warmth made the hotel feel like much more than a place to sleep. During a nighttime power outage, the team lit up the whole hotel with lamps and offered delicious cookies and drinks for free. They also thoughtfully put out cheese, snacks, and different beverages in the lobby every evening. Everything was spotlessly clean, too. The staff are clearly why this hotel has such wonderful reviews. I’m deeply grateful to the team for brightening my heart, and I wish them all happiness. Thank you so much.

We came to town for the Renaissance Dog Show and had a really enjoyable stay. Alex went especially far to make us comfortable, bringing extra towels, arranging a late checkout, and even offering a highchair for our room. The whole staff were consistently excellent, and we were greeted warmly every time we came in.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. My husband especially loved the salt water pool, and we enjoyed both the happy hour and breakfast. Amy, the manager, and the front desk team, Angelleigh and Alex, were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Madison area!

After a horrible travel day, Dasia made everything better. She was kind, professional, and efficient both on the phone and in person. Many thanks to her and the friendly, kind shuttle driver for helping save the day. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and there were plenty of breakfast items. I stay at many IHG properties, and the staff are what set this one apart. We’ll be excited to return on our next visit to Madison, and highly recommend the hotel.
