The breakfast alone was amazing, with fresh, delicious food and great loose-leaf teas. Michael even worked around us needing to eat a little earlier. We loved how cozy and comfortable the room was, and the jacuzzi fit both me and my 6-foot boyfriend. The inn's Halloween decorations were so cute, indoors and across all the outdoor space, which had plenty of seating and bunnies in the yard. The location made it easy to walk along the main street or drive to neighboring towns. This was the highlight of our trip, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

Michael was a wonderful host, so welcoming from our pre-arrival messages through the whole visit. We stayed in The Madison room, which had a really comfortable bed and a nice wood fireplace. There was also access to the side deck, which I imagine is lovely in warmer weather. The food was delicious, and we could choose coffee or tea. My husband and I just returned from a weekend at Scranton Seahorse Inn, and I wish I could give Michael more than five stars.

On our second stay, we were just as pleased. The owner clearly cares about the place, and the inn is spotless and run efficiently. Breakfast is prepared really well. There are restaurants serving various cuisines within an easy walk, and more a short drive away. We'll come back again next time we're in the area.

The house feels welcoming, clean, and homey, and its central location is great for walking downtown. Our host was thoughtful and very accommodating, which made for a restful, lovely stay. Thanks, Michael. I'm already looking forward to another visit.

I've stayed at this bed and breakfast many times, and the recent renovations made the rooms more convenient while keeping their cozy feel. The location works well for walking to Madison's Main Street shops, and I-95 is close if you want to explore farther away. The owner even arranged dinner reservations at some great local restaurants. His breakfasts are freshly made and extraordinary, worth making the trip for. Highly recommend.
