We’ve always enjoyed the Lobster Salad sandwich, but it wasn’t on the menu or the specials list this time. We heard other tables ordering it, then when we asked about a lobster special, the waitress said there was one and asked if we wanted it. If the wait staff is new, that’s no problem, but they should shadow someone until they’re comfortable. The lunch was disappointing even though we had a lovely seat overlooking the 9th hole. My food wasn’t prepared as requested, and the waitress said the cooks sometimes don’t read the ticket. That was the wrong response. This wasn’t up to your usual standard.
