The Inn at Manchester

Todd was phenomenal. By the end, he felt more like a friend than someone at the inn, and we looked forward to coming back after a day out to chat with him. Thanks so much, Todd. You’re great at your job. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and my fiancée said breakfast was phenomenal. Most of all, the service went beyond what we expected. Brian and his family are fantastic innkeepers, and the place feels so homey, friendly, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

The owners really make the Inn at Manchester special. They care about guests and go out of their way to make the experience personal and welcoming. You feel valued, almost like family, rather than like a reservation number. That kindness was especially clear when a major snowstorm forced us to cancel the day before our trip. They could have kept our money, but instead were understanding and helped us reschedule for later in the season. We return year after year for birthdays and anniversaries, and it still feels special. After snowboarding, we love coming back to a comfortable, welcoming place, warming up by the fire, and having a great breakfast before heading to the slopes. We also enjoy meeting other couples, sharing stories, and feeling part of a little community. That personal atmosphere is hard to find in a typical hotel. We recommend it to everyone we know and can’t wait to return for another cozy, romantic weekend.

The innkeepers were friendly and attentive from arrival through checkout. They gave us ideas for things to do nearby, shared the house’s history, and were happy to chat. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was delicious. We also attended a wedding there, which was a lot of fun. It’s a lovely place in a beautiful part of Vermont, and I can’t wait to visit again.
