Chandler at the front desk took great care of us during our stay. Even while busy, she was helping everyone, and gave us useful ideas for things to do and places to eat nearby. I'm an elite member with IHG, and we couldn't recommend this property enough. We'll definitely be back. Outstanding!

Chandler checked us in, and right away we felt welcomed, comfortable, and looked after. She clearly loves her job and was often cleaning the spotless property when she wasn't busy or on the phone with customers. We're IHG members of over 20 years, and this was our best experience by far. She helped us with several things, from Wi-Fi to giving us points, a drink, and a snack. She's wonderful at what she does. We'll return because of her and recommend this location to everyone.

As an IHG Diamond Member who travels often and usually gets good service at holidays inn, I was still amazed by how she went above and beyond. She recognized my membership level and offered points or a drink and snack, making sure I was taken care of. Her care for her work really shows. The property is spotless, and Chandler's warm, caring service made it feel special. This stay was a game changer for me. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and will recommend the location to everyone.

We come every year when we visit the North Pole, and the hotel is always clean, cared for, and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is good, and staff keep the food fresh. This visit, the front desk staff gave my kids candy canes, set up a movie with popcorn, and brought coloring supplies. Kim made the Christmas magic and hotel fun feel special for the little ones. Highly recommend.
