We were out of there in under ten minutes, and we had no pets with us. Still, the manager blamed us for the filth when we raised the condition of the room. There was food splattered across the AC, suspicious white streaks on the TV, a strong mold smell, and even used boxers wedged between the fridge and cabinet. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in ages, with unknown substances on things throughout. This place felt like a health hazard. Save your money and time and go to the Motel 6 down the road. It may cost a little more, but it's clean and welcoming.

We never even brought our bag inside because the room was so awful. The chair was covered in stains, the beds looked shabby and unwashed, and the pillowcases were yellow. Everything smelled terrible and seemed neglected. The hotel also looked nothing like the pictures used when we booked, which felt misleading. We asked to cancel and get our money back, but after two days we were still fighting for a refund, with the hotel refusing to take responsibility for its condition or the online images. Don't stay here. The customer service was even worse than the room.

I would have rather stayed in my car, even without a toilet. Check-in was a mess, and the room had a horrible smell. The fridge didn't work, and the corner chair had a broken leg, so it couldn't be used. I had to ask for towels, and when they finally brought some, they were just like the ones already there. A decent hand towel would have been better. I could keep listing problems. I'm actually looking forward to my colonoscopy so I can leave. Who gets excited about that? Truly the worst place I've stayed. Filthy and stinky, absolutely horrible. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Make sure someone goes up to the room with you to inspect it, or they'll blame you for everything, even after five minutes. We came in after a long rough day dealing with an unexpected car problem, and the room smelled awful as soon as we opened the door. The towels looked yellow and ragged, and I was so grossed out that I wouldn't let my kids sleep there. I'm not usually picky, and I wasn't in that moment either. The app we booked through had very different reviews. This should be your absolute last option. The place next door was almost the same price. "Quality" Inn shouldn't be in business.

At $150, I expected a room that wasn't dangerous and falling apart. There was black mold, the heater smelled like something was burning, and both the sink and ceiling were cracked. The alarm clock didn't work either. It was nearly a roach motel. Stay somewhere else.
