Riverside Suites

I came here very sick and will leave this week feeling like a new person. I feel at home, safe, and comfortable, and I know I'm welcome back with my fur babies. I stayed for two months because of medical issues in the middle of a move, with my one dog and two cats. I had to pay extra for them, but I'm grateful they let my pets stay. I'd heard a lot of bad things and read the reviews, but the staff here have gone far above and beyond to help and look out for me. They work very hard cleaning, my bed is super comfortable, and I love my room. Once you get to know the people, you can see how dedicated they are to residents. I haven't heard a train or seen a bug anywhere. Thank you, Jessie, Bill, Maria, and everyone else for being so kind and caring. I really appreciate you all. ❤️

It's an alright, pretty average hotel. The rooms are great for a long-term stay.

This place needs to be shut down. There are a bunch of weirdos here, and some guy asked my 10-year-old for her number, what the hell. I'll be contacting corporate.

The front desk was amazing while getting me booked. The room looked decent, but smelled strange. I sat on the bed and found the frame was broken. I have 15 screws in my spine and almost couldn't get out of bed. Then while I was showering, the front desk knocked and asked me to stop the water because it was leaking downstairs. They told me not to use the shower until the plumber came. I asked to switch rooms, but they were booked. Now I'm stuck in this poverty hole with no maintenance, apology, or solution. I also have my 9-year-old with me, and the marijuana smell in here is getting me high.
