The property and pool were clean, and the cleaning crew did a great job with what they were assigned. The staff were super nice, especially Perla at the front desk, who handled everything I needed quickly and in a really friendly way. Awesome place to stay.

The microwave in our room caused an electrical fire, and the receptionist had to put it out with a fire extinguisher. That was alarming and unsafe. We’d also lost power because of electrical problems, and the elevator wasn’t working, which raised accessibility concerns. The next morning there was no breakfast, despite it being advertised. The hotel offered no proper resolution or refund, and the manager later denied or downplayed what had happened. I hope Choice Hotels International reviews how this was handled. Guest safety should come first.

I had a huge king suite with a living room, and it was exceptionally clean. The food was great too. Buying a home is stressful, but everyone went out of their way to make the process easier and help me out. Mr. Henry really cares about his employees and guests, and he makes sure situations get addressed. His staff are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks to front desk staff Melissa, Perla, Kathy, and Adi🥰, and to Cecilia for always having my room cleaned. Mr. Henry is an amazing owner with an exceptional team.

The service is okay and so is breakfast, but the WiFi is so bad we can’t work on our laptops. We’re here for business and stay for two weeks at a time, and 10 mbps just isn’t enough to get anything done. We’ve stayed at other hotels without this problem. This is our last time staying here.
