Holiday Inn Mansfield

We stayed three nights, and left already planning to return. The rooms were beautifully designed, well cared for, and so cozy. The staff made the whole stay feel like being welcomed home. They greeted us by name, anticipated what we needed, and were warm and enthusiastic throughout. Fabricio was especially memorable. He's patient, funny, charming, and made us feel noticed and valued. His generous support included a wonderful upgrade that made our trip. Thanks to the whole team, and especially Fabricio, for the laughter, care, and memories. We arrived expecting decent and left with a stay we won't forget. We'll be back, probably sooner than you think.

Booking ahead made check-in easy, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy too, and the bathroom was clean, with soft towels and citrus-scented soap that didn't dry my skin. The shower got wonderfully hot, and the heating and AC worked well. We didn't use the fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, or TV, which was just background noise. We chose the paid breakfast, $25 for two people, so be aware it's not included as an amenity. We highly recommend this place.

Fabrício, the manager, was attentive and dedicated, and the service was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend spending a few days here.

The location is great, the conference area works very well, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would gladly attend another conference here, but I wouldn't want to stay overnight. The rooms felt dingy and uncared for. By the pool deck, the rooms smelled moldy, and my air vent had cobwebs. Some of it may be the building's age, but the rooms didn't feel clean.
