I got a top floor room overlooking QT and 287, and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The room was stylish, with wood flooring and modern furniture. Everything was immaculately clean, including the bed and shower, except for a small stain on one chair’s armrest. The bed was firm but comfy, and the WiFi actually worked. It had the feel of a Marriot or Doubletree, with all the same amenities minus a pool. There isn’t a swimming pool here, and that’s the only downside I found. The front desk guy was super nice and a real people person. He gave me his personal number in case I needed anything for my room. When I checked, this was the cheapest weekly stay around Mansfield, Midlothian, and Waxahachie. I was hesitant to book a weekly room because I worried it might be horrendous or the online pictures might misrepresent the place, but neither was the case. It’s 460$ per week, 100$ less than Midlothian for weekly rates, and it’s a great value. You’re not going to feel grody and gross staying here. For comparison, I’d previously spent 560$ a week at the Best Value Inn in Midlothian. It had obvious fire damage on all the electrical outlets, WiFi that cut out for minutes at a time wherever you were around the motel, and doors that were janky and wouldn’t shut properly. Shady people messed with my door handle and peered into my car at my valuables. They kept pulling off my do not disturb sign, so I had to tie it on with a sock. Housekeeping barged into my room that first morning while I was asleep. None of that happened at Courtesy, and this place is cheaper. I was legitimately surprised in a good way, and no, I wasn’t paid to say this. Lol. I’d totally stay again if I were around Mansfield or Arlington. It should have a better rating.

I stayed earlier in July 2025. My room was very clean, and the managers were friendly and accommodating.

I used this place four times over the past month and a half. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the young man at the counter was so nice. He was a delight to do business with.

The room is clean and the service is okay, but mine has no microwave, trash can, or TV remote. The curtains also don’t close all the way, so people can see clearly into the room. I’m staying here for work.
