The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft, cozy bed and several pillows so I could find one that suited me. There were fresh towels and plenty of good shampoo and body wash in the shower. I’d picked the hotel mostly for the location and price and wasn’t expecting much. The staff greeted me with smiles and gave me excellent service from check-in on. I had a wonderful stay and will choose this hotel whenever I’m in Mansfield. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

The room was okay, and the bed was fine. The shower had nice hot water, and I’m grateful we didn’t find roaches or bed bugs. For the price, it wasn’t bad. But the floor was dirty enough that I needed socks or slippers, and the light switch plate was held on with tape. Those cost about 40 cents to replace. This is when RR's start declining. I guess the $15 they get from an unreturned key card helps cover that. At check-in, the desk employee said the card must be returned there after checkout or we’d be charged $15. We couldn’t just leave it in the room like at every hotel in the world. Going down the stairs to the first floor, we were hit by an awful wet-dog kennel smell. There were bags outside doors that looked like dirty towels used to clean up after a pet. They have cameras in the hallways, so owners can see them. They should pick them up instead of waiting for housekeeping in the morning.

Don’t pay in advance. Pay day by day so there’s no chance Mr Patel will scam you, is my advice. I paid $62 a night for six days, then had to leave the state for work and asked Mr Patel, who says he’s management, for the money back for the last two nights I wouldn’t be staying. I asked only for what I’d paid for the room, nothing more or less. I left thinking he’d handle it. The next day I got one credit for $21. I sent him the bill showing I paid $62 a day, but he has refused to refund the correct amount. The husband and wife in charge talk sweetly but will rip you off and thank you while doing it. Mr Patel hasn’t done what’s right or fair. I don’t consider him just or honest, and wouldn’t trust my business to someone like that. What kind of business refunds less than you paid? smh. The Indian business.

The rooms were super clean and up to date, and the beds were comfortable enough for a great night’s sleep. The grab-and-go breakfast was a nice extra. For the money, it was a great stay, and I’ll come back if I need to. Highway traffic can get a little loud when you’re trying to sleep. We turned on the AC to drown it out.
