The staff were nice, and that was the only good part of our stay. The place smelled like diapers and ashtrays, with mold and dirt everywhere. The sheets were dirty and full of hair, and the soap and toilet paper had already been used when we arrived. The heater sounded like a dying cat, there was no hot water for a shower, and the walls were paper thin. We even found a used needle wedged into one of the many shower cracks. We stayed two nights two days ago and it was the worst place I've been, even after some real crapholes. We wasted 75 bucks. Please look somewhere else for your own safety.

The bedding seemed clean, breakfast was pretty good, and everyone I dealt with was nice. We were in town for a festival and didn't have many choices. It wasn't fancy, and the bathroom was pretty gross. The rooms are outdated, and it was loud through the night, though the sold-out hotel was full of people attending a three-day rock festival, so that was expected. One of my biggest problems was trying to reach someone before the stay to shorten my trip by one night. The website wouldn't let me change it, and I called almost 30 times over several days before someone finally picked up. Someone was always at the front desk while we were there, so I don't understand why nobody answered.

The bed was comfortable, but after the first room's door wouldn't lock, staff moved us to another one that was in even worse repair. It smelled moldy and made my sinus congestion worse. The staff were friendly and helpful about moving us. The first room felt like an upstairs bedroom at my grandparents' house, and it seemed like nothing had been changed in more than 30 years. Wallpaper was peeling, the carpets were worn, the wiring looked like someone had started an upgrade and been called away before finishing, and all the drain plugs were missing. Breakfast was okay, though many of the drink machines were marked out of order.

Some of our belongings were missing, and all our things had been rummaged through. The front desk confirmed that only housekeeping had entered the room while we were out. It was dirty and dated, with peeling wallpaper. When we checked out, children were cleaning other rooms. The front desk was pleasant and offered a small refund, but it was a terrible experience.
