SpringHill Suites Dallas Mansfield

We stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time. Roxanne at the front counter was so polite and kind, always answering questions and going the extra mile. At breakfast, Antonia greeted everyone while setting things out and keeping the food stocked. My baby loved smiling at her, and seeing such a sweet face each morning meant a lot when we didn’t know anyone in the area. The hotel was very clean, our room had everything we needed, and the food was hot with different options each day. Having laundry on site was convenient too. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Friendly staff, a clean hotel, and a comfortable bed. The room only had one chair, though. Breakfast felt limited compared with other hotels, with no potatoes, turkey sausage, or pancakes, and the lobby coffee afterward was cold. Also, sadly, there’s no hot tub.

The staff were pretty good, and a few rooms have a walk-in closet, which is about the only plus I found with the room layout. Construction was going on, there was no internet, and the rooms were arranged terribly. Avoid the rooms above the laundry, since they vibrate enough to feel like a mild earthquake.

The Front Desk staff went out of their way to get my lost item back to me, and dealing with them was a real pleasure. I’ll definitely stay here again if work brings me back to TX. The hotel has just about anything you need, and the room was a majestic piece of art. The only possible downside is that the gym is very simple, though I’m being specific about that.
