The Lighthouse Resort Hotel

The bar had a friendly feel, a fireplace, and a perfect view. The bartenders were great, and both the food and drinks were spectacular. In the rooms, the thoughtful touches included room service, lovely decor, and a sound machine, and the design felt just right. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a boutique hotel, with friendly service and great design throughout. A perfect gem in a great area. We'll absolutely stay again.

Happy Hour at the Wave had a fun, “lake life” atmosphere, and the drinks were great. The food was delicious, too. Frankie was our server and was awesome, with outstanding service and frequent check-ins to see if we needed anything. Please visit the Wave and ask for Frankie.

The check-in was the best we've experienced, and the woman working that night was so friendly and kind. We loved the spectacular room, the comfortable bed, and how quiet it was. With the beautiful weather, sitting by the outdoor gas pits was perfect. We can't wait to return.

The lake views were awesome, and we caught spectacular sunrises from our suite window. Our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable, and we had fantastic food at The Wave restaurant. We enjoyed a special dinner as well as a delicious breakfast to start the day. My wife and I had a fabulous time at the Wave. The whole team was warm, welcoming, and accommodating, and it was clear they cared about their guests and enjoyed being there. They noticed the little details that make people feel special, and went out of their way to surprise my wife for her birthday. I've never stayed somewhere where the staff made that kind of effort. They're a great team. If you're visiting Marblehead or the area, I highly, highly recommend staying at The Wave.
