Comfort Suites At Kennesaw State University

The only real gripe I have is the luggage carts. They're flimsy, bend and flex when you push them, and that was with hardly anything loaded. Seriously, I know you'll read this, buy some decent carts. The room itself was awesome, more like a small suite than a regular double, with a couch and room to stretch out. The bathroom was large, with a big tiled shower and a working wand sprayer. Breakfast was a decent continental spread. It wasn't Hilton quality, but then we didn't pay Hilton prices. I'd happily stay again.

Denzel gave my family and me service above and beyond. He was handling two different Comfort hotels at once, on his own, and still made sure we felt welcome and had a joyful stay. He was great at the front desk, and we really appreciated it.

The man at the front desk was so nice. But when we pulled out the sofa bed to get it ready for the kids, the cover was filthy with crumbs or dirt, and what looked like pee at the end. There was toilet paper stuffed in the peephole, and the hair dryer was sticky, so I had to wrap it in a washcloth to use it. The shower water wasn't hot either. The worst part came during our late checkout, which was at 12 p.m. I was in the shower with the bathroom door open because my child was sitting in a chair watching a tablet. Housekeeping came into the room and then left, apparently after hearing the shower, but left our door wide open. My child could have walked out, and I was in the shower.

We stay at a lot of Choice hotels when we travel, and Denzel is what makes this one great. He was kind from check-in and even helped us find a good parking spot. Thanks so much, Denzel. Have a great day.
