The rates felt very fair for what you get, and I liked that breakfast and brunch were included and very good. Getting downtown was easy from here, without having to fight the backed-up highway, and the staff were attentive. Cleanliness was the one letdown: parts of my room and even some areas of the hotel didn't look as clean as they should. A closer eye on those details would make the stay much better.

Jayden made check-in easy. She welcomed me warmly, explained things clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. Her friendly, natural manner made me feel comfortable and valued right away, and she set a great tone for the stay before I even reached my room. I had an outstanding experience at the Drury Inn Hotel, and her service was a big reason why. Jayden's smile and energy seemed to brighten the lobby. It never felt scripted, which is rare these days. People like her are a big part of why guests return, and she'd be a huge asset to any hotel. The Drury Inn should recognize how much she brings to the place. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Rooms were clean, though dated, and the hotel itself could use some cleaning and new carpets. Beyond that, everything was top notch. Getting on and off the expressway was easy, and the service was among the best I've ever had. The front desk staff couldn't do enough for us, and the servers were very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good and served hot. Enjoy your stay.

Lupa was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at this Drury, and Drurys are a gem. The kids especially loved the indoor/outdoor pool, and the gym was available too. It was convenient for my husband's training at Dobbins AFB. We liked the suites, with a separate room and a pullout couch. The buffet breakfast and Dinner (Kickback) were free, and the stay even came with free cocktails. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay 1000%!

The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, and there was a bar. My room and the serving areas were clean, and every employee I met was courteous and super professional. I made a point of telling each one what a great job they were doing. The whole staff deserves praise for the way they work together throughout the hotel. This place has improved dramatically since my last visit. Great job, Drury Inn. I'll be back.
