Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta NW/Kennesaw

I’m happy with my stay at Tru Inn and would come back. The price is excellent for the value, the staff were friendly, and breakfast, which is included, is honestly among the best in the area. The only small issue was the neglected-looking hallway on the 4th floor, which could use more cleaning. Still five stars from me. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My husband left his Fitbit behind, and housekeeping had already turned it in by the time he called. They explained how to get it back, answered his follow-up questions kindly, and returned it promptly. It was waiting for us when we got home. We’d stayed one night on 9/5 while heading to vacation, and the room was clean and the stay was great. What really stood out was the staff’s wonderful customer service. It feels harder and harder to find, and we appreciated it so much.

The hotel seems new and well kept, and it was very clean. My problem was the parking. The website didn’t say there’d be a parking charge, and they require a goofy app that I couldn’t get to work. When I asked for help, I was told, “use the app.” So I had to park down the street and walk back, then it rained. I’m a HHonors member and get two bottles of water at check-in at other locations, but not here. Maybe they don’t honor HHonors? I’ll stay somewhere else when I’m back in the area.

The mall is right across the parking lot, and the location is fabulous. I’m here with my son while he attends an event, and we’ve had a really nice stay. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. Staff are super courteous, breakfast was amazing and still available after 10, and nobody rushed us out of the breakfast area even though it was 10:15. That was nice, since I could actually enjoy breakfast with my son. The beds are really comfortable, too. The rooms are a little smaller than I’m used to, but it’s still very nice and good value for the price. It’s clean, too. Thanks, you guys!
