I killed more roaches and other bugs than I could count. The room’s musty smell was overwhelming, even after we bought two candles to try to cover it. We won’t stay here again. The bathroom was in poor shape: no toilet paper holder, no bars near the toilet or in the shower, and the tub held water the one time it was used. Black scuff marks covered the shower walls. There were just two towels for four people and four pillows total, two on each bed, so you have to ask for more. One headboard was crooked on the wall and had handprints all over it. They looked like someone had to stand on the bed to make them. The pool is there, but it never seems to be open, so they need to update that on their page.

Our friend was given a room with wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector had been removed and not replaced. Ours wasn’t pleasant either. It seemed to have been a smoking room being used as non-smoking, and the pillows were horrible. When I turned back the comforter, there was a curled black hair on the sheet. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and even on the wall, along with dead bugs. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall, and the toilet paper holder was broken.

We won’t be back. The room smelled musty, had stained floors, black hairs, and a partly broken window curtain. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the AC was noisy. Water drained slowly in both the sink and tub, and the tub and shower had black scuff marks. There was barely any toilet paper and too few towels. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. The pool was advertised, but staff said it was under maintenance and I never saw anyone working on it. Breakfast was stale cereal with little else to choose from, and the outside sitting area had broken-down furniture we couldn’t use. There were abandoned vehicles in the parking lot.

We were charged for the night even though I told the staff there was no water in our room. We only found out when my spouse tried using the bathroom. He couldn’t flush the toilet or wash his hands. When I called for a refund, the manager hung up on me twice and then lied that there had been no other complaints. I don’t believe that could be true, especially with the pool also closed due to a leak. Poor business practices and customer service. I’ll never stay there or recommend it.
