The town is tiny, and I didn't find anything appealing about it. If you need something after 10 p.m., you're out of luck because the whole place shuts down. There aren't restaurants, either, unless you count the fried chicken at every store or BBQ. The rooms are really dated and not worth the price. I couldn't even get coffee.

I stayed a few days and had no complaints. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It's a nice place, and things are going very well under the new management. I'd stay again.

The staff took good care of us, and the room service was great. I came with my family last weekend and found the rooms clean. I’d recommend a visit, and I’d like to stay here again next time.

The staff were nice, but I wouldn’t come back. The place is very old and musty, with a moldy smell. Hot water is a pretty loose term here, and the TV only gets antenna channels, no cable.

Even driving over from Selma would be a better choice. The room was filthy and smelled like dirty washcloths that had been left to mildew for months. There was mold and unexplained staining on the walls, and the shower was disgusting. A fire alarm seemed to be meant for one spot in the room, but none was there. From the pictures, I thought the outdated look might be fun and campy. Instead it felt filthy and unsafe. I wish the rating system let me give zero stars, or even a negative number.
