Hampton Inn Boston/Marlborough

The hotel stayed clean and quiet even with a hockey team there, and I thought breakfast was good. Saddie was especially accommodating. We’ve been traveling for the past few months, and this was easily our best experience so far for fall and winter 2025/26. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked really inviting. Cheers.

We booked 20 rooms for two nights for a senior bus tour, and Sunny made everything easy. The reception was lovely, and staff were keen to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was tasty, and the team kept up well with the demand. The location is a little tucked away, though easy to find and close to lots of restaurants. I didn’t use the pool, but the gym was nicely equipped and worked well for my morning workout. We’ll look to stay here again when we’re back in the area.

I paid for a hotel room and ended up with one of the worst nights of sleep I can remember. Kids were yelling and running through the halls until midnight, slamming doors as they went. The doors already slam loudly on their own, almost like saloon doors, just noisier. Sound carries from outside, too. The windows aren't double-glazed, and I could clearly hear what people outside were saying. Other reviews suggest this isn't a one-off problem. A hotel is supposed to let you sleep, and this one failed. Disappointing. Avoid it if sleep matters to you.

Sadie made our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Marlborough, MA, during a soccer tournament amazing. She handled our check-in, answered all our questions, and was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by her professionalism and how many languages she speaks. We ran into her again at breakfast the next morning. When my wife needed help, Sadie stepped in right away and kept checking that we were all right and had what we needed. Her kindness and customer service really stood out. Thank you, Sadie. We'll definitely come back because of you.
