I stayed several nights and was impressed by how modern and clean the hotel felt. The front desk staff were friendly, and I liked the good free breakfast. Costa coffee from the bean-to-cup machines is available around the clock, which was a real plus for me as a coffee lover. The location worked well too, right beside a Buffalo Wild Wings for an easy lunch or dinner. Housekeeping was the one annoyance. They did the bare minimum in my room and didn't replace the toiletries. It wasn't a huge problem since I could get some at the front desk, but it was still a bit frustrating. I'd definitely stay again.

Emily at the front desk was polite, kind, and courteous. The company had made a booking mistake, and she sorted it out quickly. The room was clean, the gym and pool were great, and the hot breakfast was a welcome bonus. Great stay!

The room layout was well thought out, and the bathroom nightlight was a great touch. Everything was very clean, the staff were really friendly, and breakfast was hot and tasted good.

I'd probably give the place about 4.5 stars, but the kitchen lady really made it for me. She had great food out, then heard my upset three-year-old say there were no sausages. Without us asking, she cooked three links just for my kid and brought them over. Such kind, amazing service. She's the star of the show to me.

The pool and hot tub were great, and the hotel itself is clean and nice with a good breakfast. But we didn't sleep peacefully, which was a major drag. The walls are really thin, the smoke detector's blinking light was bright enough to keep my kid awake, and there was only one towel hook in a room meant for multiple people. The soap dispenser is also right beside and slightly above a protruding GFI outlet, which just seems suspect.
