The breakfast was always hot, fresh, and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and willing to help with special requests. The guest laundry was clean, and the machines worked well. Staying here also made getting to my jobsite convenient. I’ve stayed before and will again, especially since they offer pet-friendly rooms.

Marshall is a charming town, and the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. It was convenient just off the highway, and the rates were similar to other hotels in the same category.

Shelley made a stressful day end on a much calmer note. She was caring and accommodating, and she made sure our stay went smoothly and felt comfortable. She was also efficient and organized, with a really warm, professional manner. We walked into the Hampton Inn feeling relieved by the welcome, and Shelley made us feel noticed and looked after. We’re grateful for her and recommend this location for the service.

The price was much higher than it used to be, but the newly renovated room was very clean. We stayed for the week of our ladies’ retreat, and the breakfast was all delicious. Service at both the food area and front desk was outstanding. We’ll keep staying here whenever we’re in town.

The room felt clean and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good. The man working the breakfast station on Saturday was especially kind, even putting cartoons on for my kids. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The customer service here is amazing. I recommend staying here 😋
