The owner, Lola, was short on staff, and I feel for her, but a business open to the public still needs to be kept clean. The rooms and hallways were a mess. The blankets should have been burned, and the sheets were disgusting. Mine had a cigarette burn through it and a big grease stain, even though this is a no smoking facility. I bought cleaners and cleaned the room myself. Two employees, Anna and courtney, were a ray of sunshine. They were attentive, helpful, courteous, and kind, with great people skills. Elaine, on the other hand, was the rudest woman I've ever encountered as a Google reviewer. I have nothing kind to say about her. Lola would be smart to fire her. She wasn't an asset to the business. If she spent less time smoking and more time learning how to treat guests, I think Lola's business would do better. The photo of cords plugged into an outlet was from the Inn, not me. It was in my room, right in my line of sight the whole time, and is definitely a fire hazard. When we asked for a replacement sheet because ours had a greasy cigarette hole, the owner made a snide remark that if the room wasn't up to my standards, I should find somewhere else to stay. I booked through Expedia and left them a review too. I do not recommend staying here, even if the rooms were free. F rating from me.

The bed was clean and there were no bed bugs, though it had some stains. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. I did see a couple of live bugs and squashed them, and there were dead bugs that I wish they'd vacuumed up. The TV and pictures were smudged and smoky, like they hadn't been cleaned. Still, I felt safe there with my 4 year old. The building was secure, nobody bothered us, and there were no loud disruptions. The room smelled of smoke from people smoking near the building when they're not supposed to, and the hall sometimes smelled like marijuana. The quality was low, but the price was great, so I'd stay again if I needed to save money.

The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the staff were really friendly. I stayed two days over President's Day weekend. The casino is only about a 20 minute drive away, and there was plenty of parking.

I stayed for two weeks without any problems. The room was dated but clean, and the manager and front desk lady were awesome. The staff here are great. It's not the Hilton, but the prices are good, and I'd stay again if I got the chance.

Good rooms for a good price, and the beds are comfy. It's quiet and clean, too. The staff are amazing and go beyond their duties to provide great customer service. They really try to make this a great place to stay.
