The owners were wonderful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and didn't smell. I didn't see a single spider or any bugs. My wife and I were having trouble on the road, and the hospital connected us with these folks. They gave us a great rate, brought over a free late supper from "Bite Me BBQ" (I left a review on their page too), and even comped us a night. We thought it was the coolest hotel we'd ever seen. I hardly ever give five stars, but this place earned them.

Our room was peaceful and spotless, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice. Don't be put off by a few burned-out bulbs on the roadside sign. We'll save this clean motel as a favorite for our next trip through.

I've now stayed here twice, five days each time. The owner and staff are thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, with what you need: a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, satellite TV, and comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Thunderbird Motel on November 20, 2025, and had a really pleasant visit. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was so quiet we didn't even realize there was a rainstorm until we opened the door. Highly recommend staying here when you're in Marysville.

It's easy to drive past this place just off the highway, but make a stop and say hello. This family-run business knows how to take care of people, and the service was top notch. Isaac and Hunter even helped sort out a car problem so we could get back on the road. Great experience.
