SureStay by Best Western Massena

We had a great price after Renee signed me up for the Rewards program, and breakfast was even more extensive than the description suggested. The room welcomed our pups and was bright, warm, and clean. Renee put us near an entrance so it was easy to take them out for toileting and to come and go. When we got back from dinner, she was salting the area by our parking spot and path. From my first phone call, she had me looking forward to the stay, and it delivered. We'll be back, and now that we know and like BW, we'll use the rewards elsewhere too.

The staff have been incredible, and the rooms are reasonably well set up with a TV, microwave, and mini fridge. The beds are comfortable. It takes a while for the shower water to heat, and there are little upkeep issues like that. The location isn't ideal, since most useful places are a few miles away. There's not much within walking distance beyond self storage and maybe the Emergency Room, though the hospital is only about two miles away in case of an emergency.

The building has been remodeled nicely, and the front desk staff were nice. The rooms were kept neat and clean. Prices were comparable to the other motels and hotels in Massena, and I'd stay here again.

I'm trying to be nice and respectful because the hotel itself isn't bad. I'd like to speak with the owner about manager Renee, and I'll wait a week to see if you get in touch, sir. I tried to get your number or email, but nobody would give it to me. If you could reach out, I'll wait that week before editing this review to explain what happened and post the pictures. Sorry I have to contact you this way, but it's the only way I know how. You've replied to all the other reviews.
