Southern Comfort Suites

The room was bigger than I expected and had everything we needed, so the stay was very comfortable. The only letdown was the hot water running out before one full shower was finished. We worked around it by taking showers in the evening and morning. Apart from that, it was wonderful.

There was a nice selection of books in the room, and the toaster was a welcome touch. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and clean, too. I'll stay again!

The rooms were spacious and clean, though pretty run down. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the sink was clogged, and some outlets didn't work. There was a smart TV but no included channels. The place was hard to find because its sign wasn't lit.

I paid $125 for a room I didn't even sleep in. When I arrived, I pressed the service button several times with no answer, then finally reached someone by calling. I showered after checking in and left for the day. Back at midnight, I found something that looked like dried bodily fluid on the pillow, and the sheets were inside out. When I called the office, the woman asked how many pillows I had. I'm pretty sure they keep track because they charge guests for missing items. She gave me sheets and pillowcases, but I shouldn't have to strip and remake the bed myself after paying for a room. I asked for a partial refund and was brushed off. I've waited patiently for a callback about it and, as you can guess, nobody contacted me. Horrible and disgusting. I'll never stay at this business again.
