I’d have rated the stay five stars if a couple of things were different. The washers and dryers are old, and clean clothes come out without that clean smell. Also, since breakfast is the only meal offered, I’d like more daily variety, maybe a buffet, and fewer items you’d normally expect on a lunch menu.

I felt safe and at home here. The beds were comfortable, the rooms relaxing, and the guests pleasant. The staff were nice, too. The location works well for food, entertainment, and shopping. I’d definitely stay again.

Everything else was great, but the bar lounge happened to be closed on every day I stayed. Hopefully it’ll be open next time I come back. I would’ve given five stars otherwise.

The location is great, but the front desk service was awful. The employee was rude, unhelpful, and knew very little about the hotel or its amenities. When we arrived, she told us the pool was closed and asked whether we wanted to cancel, without even apologizing. She made us feel unwelcome. The rooms and furniture also looked old and nothing like the pictures. This was on 08/09/2024 at 6pm, so there should be a record of who was working. The front desk person should be fired immediately. We paid a pretty damn penny, and I hope she’s gone or treats guests better next time.
