I’m a VERY HAPPY customer. I’ve been back to this location several times because the staff are so helpful. Luis is an awesome manager with great customer service and leadership skills, and Araceli, the housekeeper, truly cares about her work. She’s amazing and a keeper. There’s a young guy at the front desk whose name I’ve forgotten, but he’s truly one of the best too. You’re the best.

A palm frond fell on my car in the guest parking lot during windy weather and damaged it. The way management responded was the most upsetting part. I sent photos, but they declined responsibility and pointed to signs saying the property isn’t liable for vehicle damage, without really examining the circumstances or the tree’s upkeep. They told me to use my own insurance instead of the property’s and didn’t give me clear information about getting the matter reviewed further. As a guest, I expected the landscaping above parking spaces to be maintained with reasonable care, and a more transparent, customer focused response. I’d warn others to pay attention to where they park and to understand that damage claims may be dismissed rather than properly addressed.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re a very heavy sleeper. The walls are so thin I could hear the people next door yelling, slamming doors, arguing, and playing loud music. At 4 a.m., while I’m writing this, I can still hear them. The AC kept cycling on and off through the night, and it was loud all day too. There’s a bad, strange smell in the building, bad enough that I had to buy a candle. The elevator doesn’t work, and according to other reviews it’s been months.

Our semi needed repairs, so what was meant to be a two-day visit stretched to five. Victor was really helpful and made sure we didn’t have to move rooms every day. The cleaning staff did a great job, and Cassie was an absolute joy. Everyone here helped make our stay a delightful adventure. This is definitely the nicest Motel 6 we’ve stayed at. It’s clean, has a wonderful ambiance, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you all!
