The rooms were spacious and clean, and Lourdes and Barbara were so kind. Their breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend having it each morning. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing, and I'm very happy with the accommodations and top-tier customer service!

The rooms feel fresh after the recent renovation, and the property is close to the airport. I had a nice view of the golf course, and the insulation worked well. I didn't feel or hear a single plane.

Ask Miguel for his special drink if you stop by. The happy hour has good drink specials, and the atmosphere is relaxed. This little bar inside Verta Hotel McAllen Airport is worth a visit: the bartenders are super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The food was fresh, tasty, and much better than I expected from a hotel bar. Great service, drinks, and food. I'll definitely be back.

The breakfast area was spotless, and there was more to choose from than I expected. Staff were kind, too. My room was VERY clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water actually got hot! Check-in was quick and the person on night customer service was patient and professional. I've stayed in plenty of hotels while traveling, but this one exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The room had a moldy smell, and the hotel only had one working elevator for five floors. It was slow, so we ended up taking the stairs a lot. Also, check whether an event is happening before you stay: there was wedding music until midnight, and I could hear it up on the fourth floor.
