The apartments come in a good selection, from two bedroom, two bath units down to smaller ones, and have very nice appliances, common areas, and underground parking. The management and service staff are excellent, and it’s very quiet. For my work in northern Virginia, the location is excellent too. I could get the same square footage for 5% less if I added 30 minutes of rush hour driving each way.

I wouldn’t recommend this property because of serious habitability problems and the way management handled them. My apartment has been without heat from Jan 6th through Jan 21st, more than 14 days. Indoor temperatures fell to around 62-68F, making the unit unsafe and unlivable during January’s cold weather. Heat is an essential service, and I reported the problem promptly, more than once. Management acknowledged the issue but didn’t restore heat within a reasonable time. They also refused to move us temporarily to another unit or arrange short-term accommodation, such as a vacant unit or Airbnb-style relocation, while repairs were underway. That left us without a reasonable housing alternative during the outage.

Richard at the front desk is a phenomenal gentleman. He always greets you and helps with whatever you need. amanda is a gem too. The place wouldn’t be as shiny and clean without her. They’re both the best.

Heidi, the community manager, runs The Lofts at Park Crest with professionalism and real care for residents. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff are what make it stand out. Jasmine in leasing made moving in easy and welcoming. The front desk team are friendly, helpful, and attentive, and Abdul and the maintenance crew respond quickly and go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a community where everyone is so dedicated and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality home in Tysons.
