Lady Geneva feels like a charming, warm home, and Gloria and Cecil are even warmer as hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay special. Breakfast was wonderful, and we felt like we were visiting family or dear friends. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend staying here.

My Lady and I stayed in the Lady Constance room over Independence Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our two hosts kept us updated about the room, greeted us warmly at the entrance, and went over the security measures. They even set up a refrigerator for our prepared meals. Breakfast was all handmade and gourmet. The traditional room had air conditioning, windows, and well-cushioned beds, so we slept deeply. The bathroom was practical and ecological, with dried lavender buds and a refitted classic tub with marble floors. I wish we’d had time to listen to a 78 RPM record or play a game in the main room or team in the front garden. Our hosts did everything they could to make the trip convenient. I hope to have the privilege of staying at Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast again soon.

Gloria welcomed us with a glass of wine, then showed us to a beautiful, comfortable room. The bathrobes and salts were a nice touch for the amazing tub. We were offered homemade breakfast both mornings, and it was wonderful. I especially appreciated the great tea selection, since so many places only offer coffee. I’d recommend staying here. For food nearby, there’s Forage Coffee a couple blocks away and Great Harvest bakery. I was also told there’s a farmers market close by on Thursdays, which is cool.

Gloria and Cecil were wonderful hosts. They gave us complimentary wine and filtered water in the room, and Gloria even made a special cup of coffee for my mother. Breakfast was delicious, starting with a peach parfait and followed by an omelet with cherry tomato confit, spinach, thyme, sautéed asparagus, and some kind of pancetta. The historic home is beautiful, with a lovely layout, and within walking distance of many Medford amenities. We stayed in the St Anne room, which had two very comfortable queen beds, a roomy walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a private balcony. Very relaxing.

Gloria and Cecil were incredibly kind and gracious hosts during our first stay at this bed and breakfast. They told us about the town, things to do, and places to visit, which was especially helpful since we’re considering moving to the area. The historic house and its beautiful woodwork were wonderful to see. Cecil’s breakfasts were great, made with fresh ingredients from the surrounding area. Thanks for everything, and we really hope to see you again soon!
