We spent 9 nights in the Renaissance Room during Thanksgiving week 2025, and would definitely return. The Gifford-Risley House is just a few blocks from Media, PA's main street, with its shops and restaurants. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a large bathroom and closet. Monika and Z were friendly, helpful hosts, and breakfast was great.

The breakfasts were superb, and the hosts, Monika and Zee, were amazing. We stayed two nights in the Queen Victoria Suite with our family of four, including our kids, ages 11 and 15, and it suited us well. The Victorian has been redone with exquisite taste and is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. Such a wonderful place. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely, relaxing afternoon at the B&B for our book club's tea. The owners have clearly put their heart and soul into this beautiful place. Service was excellent, and the tea was wonderful. There was a great range of sandwiches and treats, plus soup as a nice extra.

The hosts are lovely. They got up early to make breakfast for us, even though it normally starts at 9 a.m., something we hadn't seen mentioned anywhere. We enjoyed the delicious meal, with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, an omelet, and sausages. My husband and I were delighted with our stay. The atmosphere is incredible and full of history, and it felt so much better than staying at a hotel. The interiors were even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with careful, tasteful decor and lots of detail. If we're back in the area, we'll stay again. I hope your business continues to do well!

We booked the Gifford-Risley House for our wedding party, and the hosts went above and beyond to welcome us. The get-ready room worked perfectly for hair and makeup on the wedding day, and we loved the beautiful rooms and morning breakfasts. Monica, the owner and a former florist, even helped with our bouquets and florals. Our stay was amazing, and we'll definitely come back.
