The room was clean and updated, though it could use a little maintenance. TJ the Valet was especially helpful, and the staff overall were outstanding. The Marriott app and website descriptions could use some editing to make them more accurate. It was a nice stay.

The staff were nice and let us check in early, which we appreciated. Our room was clean, had no strange smells, and the bed was comfortable. Valet parking is onsite and costs $32. Beale St is a 5-10 minute walk away, close enough to visit but far enough that you're away from the noise at night. The Bass Pro Pyramid is about a 10-15 minute walk. The surroundings are typical of a big city downtown.

The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is handy for the Bass Pro Pyramid and several attractions. The immediate area could be better, though parking is valet only. My rate included breakfast, but the choices were quite limited. It was a decent stay with no major complaints, although the location and amenities could use improvement.

I came in for a meeting on a rainy day, and the valet service was especially attentive. Myles, Madison and Evonna, Shunyya were all friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their care.

We had a great time staying here for our Liberty Bowl football experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Free parking and a complimentary continental breakfast would make the stay even better.
