My room was clean and comfortable, and the interstate was easy to reach. There were several restaurants nearby, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Will in the bistro. Mrs. Brown, the General Manager, was pleasant to talk with and personally thanked my family and me for staying. I was very pleased and will definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends.

Our family had two rooms for one night and we were pleased with the stay. I wish the shower had better water pressure, but that was a minor issue. The front desk team were welcoming and helpful, and Aramis was particularly polite and went out of his way to get our rooms close together. Thanks again.

I booked this at the last minute after another hotel failed to meet expectations, and arrived less than ten minutes later to find everything ready. The front desk staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the water pressure excellent. It was as quiet as a hotel can be, even though we were near the elevator, and we weren't disturbed during quiet hours. I'll stay here again and recommend it.

The place feels new or recently upgraded, and everything was clean, well kept, and easy to get to. The rooms were very comfortable, too. Ms. Tam at the front desk was genuinely caring and so nice. Great location.
10/10
Aramis went above and beyond when checking us in, and the front desk team were responsive and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The hotel is quiet and a little off the beaten path, yet close to Beale Street, the riverfront, great barbecue, and lots of dining. Friendly staff and a peaceful, clean room made the stay stress free. I’d recommend it to families looking for a quiet retreat near Memphis.
