I rarely leave reviews, and I'm not picky, but I wouldn't book here again or want anyone I know to go through what I did. The room looked filthy, with stains on the sheets, walls, and door. I booked for two days but wasn't given WiFi access. The heater barely worked, and the night clerk wasn't helpful and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Save your money and time, and stay far away.

A mother and two children were left outside this place after staff refused to let her into the suite she had paid for through booking.com with her children. They also wouldn't refund the money. The person at the desk doesn't speak English very well, but was happy to repeat that it was against policy. This place may be breaking a city law or ordinance. We're not going to let it go.

The clerk treated us kindly the whole time. This was also the only hotel or motel around that let 18-year-olds check in. Everywhere else required guests to be 21 or older.

We ended up checking out after one night instead of the two we had booked. I woke up covered in itchy bites, and we suspected bed bugs or some other critters. We'd complained to the front desk several times about the problems. A staff member eventually agreed to cancel the second night without a charge, but the hotel now won't work with us on any further compensation. We'd chosen the place for its advertised pool, which mattered during a scorching late June trip. It was closed for maintenance, though it looked like it had been out of service for quite a while, and we felt misled. The room was dirty and poorly kept, the door barely worked, the ice machine was broken, and the bathroom sink had ugly cracks. It was an absolute nightmare, the worst hotel stay we've had. Think twice before spending your time or money here.
