I come here often and usually don’t have pest problems. The service is nice, but on my most recent stay I found a few bugs in the bathroom.

The place was extremely clean, and it’s pretty close to the highway for getting into downtown Memphis.

I was alone on a holiday and came here after running away from the Quality Inns across the street. I’d lost 6 hundred pounds and was completely destitute, scared, and distressed. I had no contacts on my phone and needed help getting a taxi, but the girl at the desk didn’t know any numbers. She could see how upset I was, but didn’t help. I was in a strange, weird place, and men nearby called out to me, including one asking for money. The area felt very unsafe. To check in, I had to hand over my passport to be scanned, and she asked for my card PIN. I knew that wasn’t right, but felt I had no choice or I’d be on the street. Nobody should ask for a passport or PIN like that. I told her I didn’t smoke, but she looked surprised and put me in a smokers room because I needed the cheapest option. It stunk of cigarettes. Thankfully the WiFi worked well, so I could contact my family for help. The treatment was utterly disgusting. I have no other words.

Loved it! It was really clean, and the place was nice and quiet. I’ll be back again 😀

The rooms are outdated and infested with roaches. The woman at the front desk is very rude!
