John and Jo were so kind and worked around my schedule for the city's annual Wheel A Mena cycling event, which was a lot of fun. The B&B is right beside the event's starting area, so it was really convenient. Their poodle Cool, the master of the house, was adorable and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back for the event.

We had a great night's sleep in the spacious room and king bed, and breakfast was awesome. John and Jolynn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There were plenty of amenities, a lovely view of the city park across the street, and the best dog was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

The cottage was clean and comfortable, and John made wonderful breakfasts. We enjoyed sitting with him over breakfast, too. He knows so much about the area. We've been coming to Mena to see family for years, but this was our first stay at Janssen Place. It won't be our last. Hope to return in August.

John was easy to talk to and very friendly. He even drove us into town for delicious pizza, then made an exceptional German pancake breakfast. We were on a last-minute motorcycle trip to Mena, and after seeing Janssen Park's perfect 10/10 Expedia reviews, we were glad we booked. When we arrived around 5 PM, John was waiting on the wraparound porch and upgraded us to the bungalow since no one else was staying there. We really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back. Thanks, John!

We had a great time here. The hosts were fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The beautiful home is across from a park, and the national park is pretty and not too far away. Much better than a franchise hotel!
