Springhill Suites by Marriott Hagerstown

We had a short stay with the kids, and they loved that the pool stayed open until 11 p.m. The buffet-style continental breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Our rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and accommodating. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel again and again.

The room had a useful layout, with the toilet and shower separate from the sink and dressing area. There was also a large closet, plenty of big mirrors, and a bar sink, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave with lots of cabinet space. A big couch and ottoman made a nice separate place to sit, and the work table had a good chair. The beds were comfy, the linens smelled clean, and the digital thermostat stayed steady and ran unusually quietly. Everything was immaculate, from check-in and the elevator to the hallways, breakfast area, and especially our room. Employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a mall and good restaurants. This was our first stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and it won't be our last. Thanks for the great memory!

We felt welcome and at ease here, and everything seemed well managed. The room was clean, comfortable, and neatly arranged, and the staff were respectful, professional, and friendly. For the level of cleanliness and service, the price was excellent. We'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

For a quick overnight, this was a very pleasant stay, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean in both the rooms and common areas, and our room was spacious with comfortable beds. I usually don't expect much from free breakfast, but they did a good job: bagels, cereal, oatmeal, a few hot items, waffles you make yourself, and yogurt. Dee was working hard to keep everything stocked and tidy, which impressed me. Don't hesitate to book.
