I paid $70 plus tax for room 107 on a Friday business trip, and got no sleep. My husband and I were bitten by bed bugs. The room could use updating too. When I returned the key in the morning and told the woman at the office, she said they didn't have bugs. I told her she should try sleeping in that room. She offered no refund or anything, just took the key and quickly shut the window. Never again.

This is a good hotel for the price, and pets are welcome for a small fee. During weekly stays, staff clean the rooms every other day and do a good job. I'd give it five stars if they hadn't charged me $5 to print four work pages. Other hotels have printed things for me free, given how much I pay to stay by the week.

The room was clean and felt safe for me and my five-year-old daughter, and the staff were nice. We were grateful to find somewhere to stay since Clifton had no rooms available while we were there to visit my other children. The room definitely needed updating, and there wasn't much to watch on TV.

The owner and family were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time in Meridian. We stayed three nights last month for the eclipse. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There are roaches and cats all over now, and the male cats spray things, leaving them stinking. This used to be a nice, clean place. The owner's wife is rude, and I hope you don't get her on the phone. The reviews are mostly lies, in my view. There's no barn like the photo claims, and they don't serve any kind of stuffed anything. If you do go, watch your bags because bugs may crawl into them. Very nasty, rude attitude from the wife.
