The quiet hallways, fresh housekeeping, and helpful front desk have made this a steady place for me during an extended stay at the Baymont. Staff treat me kindly and respectfully, and it feels like they care about the people staying here. My room is comfortable and clean, and I've felt safe every day. Breakfast is nice, and the coffee is perfect. This has given me some peace and stability while I get things in order, and feels a little like home. I'm grateful for that. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable, clean place that's friendly to pets and families.

Breakfast was great, but the place wasn't clean and some first-shift employees were really rude. I believe Porchsa was the front desk clerk who made me leave and wouldn't let me see my boyfriend, who'd been staying in the room for a month. The room phone was never fixed, and the toilet and floors were nasty.

The front desk staff were very friendly and kind, but the place itself was dirty and in disrepair. Towels were stained and apparently unwashed; the sheets and blankets had hair and crumbs, and one pillow was stained too. The blow dryer had several unknown substances on it. The whole place smelled like weed and looked disorganized. It might do for a place to sleep, but sleeping in your car or on the ground for free would get you the same result.

They say the hotel is going through renovations, but our party of three checked in to find no towels, just two hand towels by the sink. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, and it looked like it had been ripped off the wall. I kept my shoes on in the room. Good luck.

We were promised a ground-floor room, but didn't get one. The room was filthy and had no towels or soap. We also waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
