Hilton Garden Inn Meridian

Bridgette in the dining area was an absolute gem. She kept our glasses full and was so happy and friendly that I really enjoyed her company. She made my morning a happy one. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the weight room was just as clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were super friendly when we checked in, but the rooms were a mess. First we found dog fur on the dirty bedsheets and candy on the floor. The living room TV didn’t work, so they moved us. I was about to unpack in the new room when I spotted urine all around the base of the toilet. The woman said she’d clean and mop it, but then I found a wet, dirty towel in the shower. We ended up leaving.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and luxurious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with our little ones. We’d accidentally left some incidentals behind, but the excellent front desk receptionist supplied them free of charge. They have the best hot breakfast buffet in town. It costs a bit more, but it’s absolutely worth it, and if you don’t see what you want, they’ll cook it fresh to order quickly. We’ll definitely stay again.

I arrived shortly after the posted 3 PM check-in time and was impressed that the Hilton Garden Inn was ready for me, even though my lodging had originally been booked elsewhere and the change was made at the last minute. The facility was clean and inviting, and every staff member I spoke with greeted me with what seemed like a genuine smile. I was in the area for work, and I look forward to staying here again when I return to Meridian.
