TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tampa South

Housekeeping had clearly paid attention to the cleanliness of the property, and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well, and the amenities covered what I needed for a relaxing visit. From arrival through check-in, the staff were warm and professional. They handled the process smoothly, answered my questions with care, and made me feel valued. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely welcoming. My stay at Marriott International was excellent from start to finish.

Self-parking was easy and plentiful, and the South Tampa location worked well for getting to my office. For the price and location, it felt fair, though a little disappointing beside other Marriotts I've stayed at. It's a basic place that's fine if all you need is a clean bed for the night. I was there four nights for work. The staff were great and friendly, especially the woman who put out breakfast, though the food itself wasn't very good. The hotel feels a bit dated despite not being that old. I also missed having a smart TV with casting, although Netflix was available.

We had a clean room with a big refrigerator and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy too, with a great walk-in shower. Breakfast tasted very good, and the dining area felt private, with comfortable chairs. Great place in South Tampa. The staff were wonderful, especially Josh at the desk when we checked in.

You do need a car to get around, but the South Tampa location was really convenient. The room had enough space for me to work out in for a day, and the free breakfast was surprisingly solid. Having laundry on site was a nice touch too. I booked through the bon voy app because this was one of Tampa's cheapest options, and it turned out to be excellent value. I'd definitely stay again.
