The pool and outdoor fire pit had a nice vibe, and breakfast offered a good mix of hot and cold food. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was the loud A/C in the suite, which made it hard to sleep at times. I’d stay again if the unit were quieter.

A last-minute flight cancellation left us needing a room at 8 a.m. Dominique at the front desk was kind, helpful, and understanding, and let us check in that morning. The rooms are spacious, and we enjoyed the pool and the mall about a block away. The pillows were too flat and could use an update, but everything else was great. We were glad we picked this place during our unexpected delay.

We felt like we were leaving family when it was time to go, and would love to return someday. The staff were so friendly and amazing. We opted out of housekeeping for the whole week, but the front desk kept us supplied with anything we needed. The rooms were cozy and soundproof. Even with lots of families and children, including ours, we never heard doors slamming or noise from other rooms.

I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels around the world as a Platinum Bonvoy member, but this was my first review, and my first and last stay at a Residence Inn. At 1 a.m. the check-in clerk was snobby, rude, unprofessional, and belittling. Instead of a smooth check-in, I got a lecture about how to use my own benefits, as though I hadn’t used them countless times. I asked to cancel midway through, but was told it was too late. The room was dirty, with sticky floors, a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, and extremely loud A/C. The rooms are outdated with a cheap renovation. This overpriced place is basically a glorified Motel 6, with extremely rude staff. There are plenty of better options nearby. Stay away.
