Two friends and I stayed here last month, and everything was good. The bed was comfortable, too. We left in a rush the next morning for a long drive, and I forgot my expensive airbag vest and Apple Watch. When I called later, the hotel had found my belongings. The staff were very kind and sent them back to my home in Miami. Thanks again to everyone there. I really want to return to Carmel and stay here again.

We stayed in a small but adequate cottage that was so cute and quaint. It's right in the middle of downtown, within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, and shops.

We spent one night in this cute town, and the room was super clean. Breakfast was included, though it wasn't anything special. At breakfast, a woman greeted guests and was trying to be helpful, but I wasn't comfortable feeling like someone was watching every move I made. Apart from that, everything was perfect 👍

The beach is nearby, the person working when we checked in was nice, and there's a continental breakfast. But we lost some expensive treats because the refrigerators weren't plugged in automatically, and we didn't realize. There was an employee with a tip jar at breakfast, even though nearly all the food was prepackaged and you served yourself. The walls were thin, too, and we could hear our neighbors fighting.

The atmosphere was a highlight for me: calm, elegant, and inviting, a lovely blend of comfort and style. I left feeling completely refreshed and would happily come back or recommend it for a memorable stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Parking was easy, and the location felt safe and quiet, with good dining and shopping within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay.
