Bonita Lakes Inn by Capital O Meridian I20

The woman at the front desk was very polite, but the rooms were awful. I had two booked and only saw one. Roaches ran up the door after we closed it, the vent was black and filthy, and the beds had burn holes. The microwave was disgusting, the room smelled terrible, and the only light in the bathroom was a lamp on the floor beside the toilet. I didn't feel safe there with my three kids, so we left before seeing the second room. I asked for a refund but haven't heard back. Whatever photos they're using, they don't show what the place actually looks like.

The room had sticky carpet and roaches, and the website pictures are fake. Our first room hadn't been cleaned and still had the previous guest's belongings, so we were moved. The next room smelled so bad we spent most of the evening with the door open. Its sheets were dirty and smelled like cat urine. There was no trash can, remote, or lights, and only one blanket for a double-bed room. The bathroom door had drawings on it, and the room door didn't have a lock. The woman at the front desk said she didn't know what the rooms looked like. It was the worst experience ever.
